日展出品歴
大山忠作画伯は、生涯日展を中心に活動されました。
1946年(昭和21)第2回日展への初出品初入選以来、1961年(昭和36)に会員になるまで一度も落選することなく入選し、
その後も肺結核により療養生活を送ったため出品できなかった1963年(昭和38)を除いて、毎年欠かさず日展への出品を続けられました。
日展出品作品62点のうち、ほぼ半数となる初期から晩年までの30点が当館に収蔵されております。
